Privacy and cookies
In short: we create no accounts, use no profiling cookies, and handle only the data we need to show you the site and reply when you write to us.

Who we are
The site is run by Amnesia Esports, an esports project not incorporated as a company, which is the data controller. For any question about your data, write to inquiries@amnesiaesports.com.
What we receive
When you open a page, the servers that deliver it receive some technical data, such as your IP address and browser type. If you write to us, through a form or by email, we receive your name, your email address and your message.
Why
The technical data lets us show you the site and protect it from abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); your messages let us reply and explore a collaboration with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Who else handles it
Cloudflare, which hosts the site and counts its visits without cookies; Sanity, which the site loads its pictures from; our email provider and the service that delivers the forms. Some may handle data outside the European Union, under the safeguards the GDPR provides for, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long
The providers keep technical data only as long as their service and security require. We delete your messages at the latest 24 months after our last exchange, unless they lead to a collaboration.
Your rights
At any time you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, get a copy of it, restrict its use or object to it, by writing to inquiries@amnesiaesports.com: we will reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali: www.garanteprivacy.it.
Cookies
The site uses no profiling, advertising or third-party cookies, so there is no banner to accept. It only remembers your theme (light or dark) in your browser's storage, and Cloudflare may set technical security cookies to stop automated programs. You can clear them at any time from your browser's settings.
